Agreement to Terms

By using Nex EuroTravel services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Service Description

Nex EuroTravel Ltd provides premium transfer services across France and Europe. Our services include:

  • Airport transfers to and from major European airports
  • Train station pickups and drop-offs
  • Resort and hotel transfers
  • Cross-border transportation services
  • Corporate and group travel solutions

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Confirmation is provided via email within 2 hours of booking
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
  • Last-minute bookings may incur additional charges

Payment

  • Payment can be made online or directly to the driver
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
  • Corporate accounts available with approved credit terms
  • All prices are fixed and include taxes, tolls, and fuel

Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation Terms

  • 24+ hours before pickup: Free cancellation
  • 2-24 hours before pickup: 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 2 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • No-show: Full charge applies

Modifications

  • Changes to pickup time or location can be made up to 2 hours before service
  • Destination changes may result in price adjustments
  • Additional stops can be added subject to availability and pricing

Service Standards and Responsibilities

Our Commitments

  • Professional, licensed, and insured drivers
  • Clean, well-maintained vehicles
  • Punctual service with flight monitoring for airport transfers
  • 60 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups
  • 15 minutes free waiting time for other locations

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and destination information
  • Be ready at the designated pickup time
  • Carry valid identification and travel documents
  • Inform us of any special requirements in advance
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect

Liability and Insurance

Nex EuroTravel Ltd maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:

  • Public liability insurance
  • Vehicle insurance covering passengers and luggage
  • Professional indemnity insurance

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of French courts. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
